A few weeks back, I ordered a Wind Mitigation Inspection from Budget Services to submit to my home owners insurance company. I had heard you could receive a possible reduction in your rates with this inspection. I just received my revised policy, and for 2014, my rate is being reduced $900.00!! Feel free to share this with anyone considering such an inspection. I just wish I had done this a few years back. I would add that the inspector, David Diaz de Arce, was very thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would assume, based on this Wind Mitigation Inspection, that BUDGET SERVICES would be the company to call for inspections of any kind. I know the company has been a part of Central Florida for the past 18 years and you only achieve that longevity with quality service at a fair price. We used your company for a wind mitigation inspection in the hopes of saving money on our homeowners policy. What a great decision! Judy in the office is very sweet and accommodating and knowledgeable! She told me that it saves people anywhere from $200-$1200. For an extremely reasonable price she sent Steve out within a week. He did a very thorough inspection of all things required, made a very professional report for us and the insurance company, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional himself. He even took care of sending the information to the right person at our insurance office. State Farm contacted me yesterday to let us know that our policy would be reduced $1021!!!!
